Terms of Use
mobeedo is the open multi-purpose information system for the mobile age. "open" relies on the non commercial community content, which is license free. The private reuse is granted under the GNU-license for free documentation. Uploaded media data will be treated separately in terms of license and can not be reused. The authors (mobeedo community) are called to enter content to the best of their knowledge. mobeedo won't control or edit this content directly. But it can be changed by anyone (also mobeedo) at any time.
Third party content imported via automatic interface will be marked this way and must not be reused under GFDL. Commercial content like advertisements and public relations analogously will be marked as "mobeedo comm" and must not be reused either.
sengaro reserves the right to remove content immediately without any consultation or to ban single user accounts, where copyrights or exploitation rights may be violated or party of the content could be illegal. Every user is responsible for the content entered by her or him to the full extent.
Interfaces to the mobeedo webservice, as well as the mobeedo API may only be used after consultation of the sengaro GmbH. If a utilization is recognized without any contract, sengaro has the right to lock the account, the IP or other access data or id immediately and without consultation.

Privacy policy
sengaro especially cares about protecting copyrights and exploitation rights, but also absolutely keeps the mobeedo user data in confidence. Please refer to our privacy policy to see the details.

Liability Exclusion
sengaro and it's employees assume no liability for any content in any published InfoAreas or POIs. Especially in terms of accuracy, up-to-dateness and completeness. Assertion of any requirements is excluded.
sengaro won't guarantee availability nor applicability of any of the mobeedo services.
The mobeedo Local Representatives are no official substitutes of sengaro. The rather have special user rights.

Copyrights
sengaro points out not to use any material which violates the copyright or exploitation right of others on every page where information can be entered. If although a violation should occur, sengaro will immediately remove the content after an advice. These can be sent to the international e-mail info@mobeedo.com. The e-mail should contain detailed information about the content and the sources to fasten the correction.

Changing the Terms of Use
sengaro has the right to change the terms of use if applicable in terms of legal or social changes. If you don't agree the changes, a further use of mobeedo is not possible anymore.
