Privacy policy

1. Data Storage
When reading mobeedo content, only a common amount of data like in server logfiles is recorded. Every content being entered as InfoArea or POI is explicitly published.

2. Publishing Data
When you create, edit or delete InfoAreas or POIs, your user id will be tracked and you username will be linked to this content and published in this context. The username can be your real name or a pseudonym by choice.

3. Details
User Accounts
One e-mail address can be defined per user account which will be used for communication with other mobeedo community members. sengaro has the right to use this e-mail for extended communication with mobeedo users as well. The e-mail address can be changed or removed at any time to prevent misuse.
User behavior like the editing of content or the time this was done are public, when the user profile is viewed.
Please be sure to chose a secure password because this is the key to your identity and the correctness of your content.

Cookies
Whenever visiting mobeedo, a temporary session cookie will be written to your local machine, which will be removed after you close your browser. If you don't agree with that, you can't edit anything on mobeedo. The mobile client will always deliver your id but it will only be logged when editing content.

Logfiles
The browser and the mobeedo client always send information to the server when you use mobeedo. This data is stored in so called logfiles. These files may be used to generate common statistics about general user behavior, which sengaro may hand out to others. Personal and confidential data will never be included in such statistics.

4. Publishing Data
Texts being published in InfoAreas or POIs by mobeedo community members may be used under the GNU license for free documentation (GFDL).
Personal information, like e-mail addresses will not be offered to others nor transfered, except you explicitly agree or it is essential by law.
sengaro explicitly has the right to transfer information about the common usage of InfoAreas and POIs, as well as the anonymous location in form of statistics to others unless personal data (name, e-mail, IP) is visible.

5. Data Security
sengaro will not guarantee to prevent unauthorized access to your data or information. These information is accessible to all developers with access to the server.

6. Removing Data
User accounts can not be removed once they are created. You may have the possibility to change the user name afterwards. But there is no explicit right to do so. Deleted InfoAreas or POIs can be viewed by mobeedo admins in general. A final erasing is possible.
